Abstract

The normal level of prothrombin pool concentration at the blood plasma for the people who one year past had a acute atherothrombotic or cardioembolic ischemic stroke was showen. Identified plasma proteins at the post stroke fractions were identical to the healthy donor's fraction. Was proved the tested fraction included the proteins in a range of molecular weights corresponding to molecules of prothrombin, thrombin, their covalent complexes with other proteins and degraded fragments.
